Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the إستقطاب mobile app and website (the "Service") operated by إستقطاب ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

• إستقطاب is a platform that publishes and organizes job advertisements in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other countries, collected from employers and public sources.
• We are not an employer, a recruitment agency or a party to any hiring process. We do not employ, interview, select or hire anyone on behalf of employers, and we do not act as an intermediary between you and any employer.
• Applications are submitted directly to the employer through the method shown in the ad (link, email, phone or WhatsApp), outside the Service.

2. Job advertisements

• We try to publish accurate ads, but we do not guarantee that any job is available, real, accurate, complete or up to date, or that you will be contacted or hired.
• Salaries, requirements, deadlines and other details come from the employer or the original source and may change without notice.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the employer and the job before applying, sharing personal documents or accepting any offer.
• We are not responsible for any hiring decision, employment contract, salary, working conditions, dispute, loss or damage arising from your dealings with any employer or third party.

3. Fraud warning

• We never ask you for money to apply for a job, and legitimate employers do not ask for application, training, visa or "processing" fees.
• Never send money, bank card details, passwords or verification codes to anyone who contacts you about a job.
• We are not responsible for any fraud, scam or financial loss caused by third parties, including people posing as employers or as إستقطاب. If you see a suspicious ad or comment, report it in the app or email us.

4. Comments and user content

• Comments and replies are written by users and reflect their authors' views only. We do not review every comment before it is published and we are not responsible for any comment that is offensive, false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent, or for any advice or offer made in it.
• You are fully and legally responsible for everything you post.
• It is forbidden to post: insults, profanity, harassment, threats, hate speech, accusations against people or companies, sexual content, spam, advertising, links, phone numbers for scams, or anyone else's personal information.
• Comments containing offensive words are rejected automatically. We may hide or delete any content, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.
• By posting, you allow us to display your comment (with your name and photo) in the Service.

5. Advertising

• The Service is free and is supported by advertisements, including ads served by third parties such as Google AdMob, and banners that we display.
• Ads are provided by their advertisers. We do not endorse the advertised products or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or for any purchase or dealing between you and an advertiser.

6. Your account

• You must be at least 15 years old to use the Service.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password and device secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Creating fake or multiple accounts is not allowed.
• Only one active session is allowed per account; signing in on a new device signs out the previous one.

7. Prohibited use

You may not: misuse or attack the Service, try to access other accounts or our systems, collect data from the Service by automated means (scraping, bots), overload it with requests, copy or republish its content commercially without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account, temporarily or permanently, if you break these terms, if we detect suspicious or abusive activity, or to protect other users. You may delete your account at any time from the app or from the account deletion page.

9. Third-party links and services

Ads and job applications may take you to websites, apps or services we do not control (employer sites, email, WhatsApp, Google). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

10. Intellectual property

The Service's name, logo, design and software belong to us. Job ads remain the property of their owners. You may not use our name or logo without written permission.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, إستقطاب is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, job opportunity, data or money, resulting from your use of the Service, from job ads, comments or advertisements, or from dealings with employers or other third parties.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and protect us from any claim, loss or expense arising from content you post, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
